Choose delivery and fulfill an order
Choose flat-price shipping, free shipping or local pickup for a simple start. You can arrange the actual delivery yourself.
- Open Selling, then Shipping. Save the delivery method and price you intend to offer.
- For carrier quotes and labels, connect your own ShipStation account and save the origin, allowed carriers and each artwork’s packed weight and dimensions. The integrated parcel flow is domestic USD.
- After payment, open Orders and inspect the saved delivery address and shipping choice before packing.
- If buying a label in the app, review and confirm its price. Your ShipStation account pays for postage. Download the label and update the order status when the parcel is actually handed over.
If you get stuck
Buying a label does not mark an order shipped. If a label purchase has an uncertain result, use Refresh rather than buying again. Voiding a label and refunding the artwork payment are separate actions.
