Work with an artist or administrator

Studio and above support team members within the plan’s seat limit. Customers are separate from the studio team.

1. Open Users and add the person with the intended studio role. An administrator can manage studio business; choose Artist for limited artwork work.
2. For an active Artist, choose Assign artworks and select the pieces they should edit. Selecting artwork assigned to someone else transfers that assignment.
3. The artist signs in with their own email and opens Assigned artworks. They can edit descriptive details and replace the main image.
4. Owners and administrators retain prices, publication, sales and team administration. Remove an assignment or membership when access is no longer needed.
