Manage your plan and billing
Open YFAS in studio administration to see Your Fine Art Studio account and its current billing choice.
- For a paid subscription, use Manage Billing to review invoices, update the payment method, change the plan or cancel renewal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period shown there. A downgrade preserves records but removes actions outside the new plan.
- Revenue-share billing uses the same feature plans. Review your account’s rate; artwork payment processing fees are separate.
- An invited Founder has lifetime Gallery access with no subscription charge and no YFAS revenue share. Founders do not need to buy or renew a plan. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.
If you get stuck
If a payment problem restricts access, resolve it in Manage Billing. If you were charged but cannot reach a studio, contact support with the purchase email and reference before buying again. Closing a studio is separate from canceling renewal.
