An accepted offer gives its named buyer seven days to pay the agreed price.
Open Offers, review the buyer, artwork and amount, then confirm acceptance.
Use the payment link on the accepted offer. The buyer signs in with the accepted offer’s email address before paying.
The accepted price is fixed for that payment link. Discount codes do not combine with the agreed offer.
If the offer expires, review it before using Renew. Use Withdraw when the offer should no longer be available; a payment already in progress must be resolved first.
If you get stuck
Do not change accepted terms behind an existing payment link. If payment is already confirmed, find the linked order instead of accepting the offer again.
